„Great service “

„It was fine and met all our needs. They have scary signs at front desk about 300$ fines if there is any damage to linen so this stressed me out. I understand why they do that but you never know if you need to check the bed carefully prior to using it, to spend more time on checking things or just let it go. So overall it was clean, coffee maker, fridge and microwave were in the room - thank you for that! TV (or remote control) didn't work (but we don't really watch TV). So I give it an excellent ...

„The front desk staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Enrtyway of property is nice. The first room i was put in was terrible. Carpet severely stained, and frayed, wall patched and not psinted, furniture beat up, shower wall cracked. Ican deal with a well used room if its clean but this room was one you give to a terrible customer. The second roo. Wss in much better condition. I get you cant renovate every room at once but there should be a point that a room is removed from service until ...

„The hotel was very nice but the staff friendliness and great customer service is what made the stay excellent. Bonus: We saw a bald eagle fly over the lake in front of the hotel from our room window both mornings during our stay. What a great way to start the day. “

„Shower wasn't as clean as you'd want - calcium and limestone deposits on the shower head and some mold in the cracks/crevices of the tile.“
