« Terrible area of town, broken e lock, unlockable door that went to a downstairs. Why was it not lockable? Stairs were steep and needed rails on both sides. Bathroom was molded with dirty un attached trim pieces. On my last night there some one or something changed the thermostat to 87degrees. Very unnerving. Pillows on bed were of poor quality. »

« Property located in cul-de-sac. All duplexes that appeared to be unkept govt. subsidized housing. Duplex next to property gas windows boarded. Attached duplex had numerous vehicles in yard with older boy laying across the car. Step up to porch approx 16" off ground with no handrail. Home had uneven floors. Freezer with approx 4" frost. Called host, called VRBO letting them know we were not staying. No resolution has been made. Host refuses any contact concerning reimbursement, partial or full....
