« First of all the staff, they were on their job of guest services- personable yet very professional. I witnessed them dealing with unfriendly guests with grace and a smile on their face and also with me getting to know them kindly and they addressed both very well. « What a great experience. From the staff (special shutout to Austin at the pool) to the design and set up of the hotel. We had a wonderful time. The food was great, the pool is amazing (we rent a cabana and we cannot recommend it enough), the location was perfect, whether you want to visit Dallas and Forth Worth (15 minutes drive) or want to go to a game in Arlington.
A very pleasant discovery for me. I will stay there again if I ever come back to Texas. »

I took a room with kitchen! No real kitchen in the room !
Trash with bubble gum, and cup of coffee, no sheets in the sofa , and the employee didnât want to give me.
Lot s of requests because the room was awful and never answers. Noisy! So very bad experience! »

« TrÚs bonne impression en arrivant dans cet hÎtel. L'accueil a été parfait, avec toutes les explications nécessaires, étant étranger le personnel a fait tout ce qu'il fallait pour que nous comprenions.
L'hĂŽtel date apparemment de 2024, tout est neuf est bien entretenu.
La chambre Ă©tait propre, la literie trĂšs confortable.
Le petit déjeuner compris était trÚs correct, du salé, du sucré, du healthy.
L'hÎtel est trÚs bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre de Fort Worth, et de la ligne orange amenant...
