« Very clean and came with all the amenities we required. The Smart TV was able to be moved around so we could enjoy TV whilst eating or whilst in bed. A very convenient location right in the epicentre of where we wanted to go/what we wanted to do, very cosy on the inside too! Hosts were great with communication and we'd absolutely return again! »

« We knew before arriving at the property that there was no hot water and chose to stay as we couldn't find anywhere short notice. The water was still luke warm and the host did everything possible to make us comfortable. When we had problems with the lazy spa she also sent someone around asap. It was a lovely place to stay! »

« Charming place, we hadn’t realised how good the sea views were/are. Nicely located being a short walk from Babbington centre with the rest of the English Riviera easily accessible. Heating and hot water both fine, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen (even washing up without a dishwasher didn’t seem like a chore with those views!). We had an issue with the WiFi which the owner worked to resolve, sadly without success. But Sunny Bank is a great spot in a great location - recommended »

« Unfortunately wrong contact details given on vrbo but was able to contact owner with correct details given by a fellow holiday maker. Otherwise a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and clean place the view was spectacular, didn't want to shut the curtains. The owner was helpful and the bottle of prosecco was a lovely touch. »
