« Clean property with surprised air hockey table and pin pong table in the basement. House sits in a quiet neighborhood. Great host! »

« This house was perfect for our soccer getaway! »

« This property is beautiful and clean. We absolutely loved the neighborhood and taking our pup for walks looking at all the Halloween decorations people have up. The host are easy to work with/communicate with. The host have list of local favorites and I suggest you try the Muddy Goose coffee shop. We had the best time. »

« Dolly’s Haven was the perfect place to relax while visiting Huber Heights. The rooms were cute and beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room were clean and functional. We didn’t use the game room much but it was full of activities to keep us busy if we wanted something to do »

« We had a wonderful stay at your property. The house was exactly as described in the listing, and I truly appreciated your professionalism throughout the process. Your quick responses to my questions made the experience very smooth and enjoyable.Thank you again for being such a great host. »

« Clean and cozy….nice stay overall »

« Property owner was communicative and property was as advertised. Living room is not very well-furnished (one pretty ragged couch and a very small corner armchair, no rugs or coffee table, extra seating has to be brought in from the dining room) but the property did have everything we needed. Floors were very dusty. »

« I'll come back it was a great place to chill for the night »

« Location perfect, clean and responsive host »

One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak....

« We booked this property in Sept of 2025 for our daughters graduation from UD, knowing that properties go fast and you need to plan ahead for this weekend. We arrived at 4 pm check in time, punched in the key code and surprised 2 people who had rented it for the week and had booked it just a week ago.The owner, SHELLY, was out of town. Her assistant was unable to find any other places for us. She did send a list of Dayton hotels Most were totally booked for the weekend. We spent a good bit of...

« Home was as listed. Parking could be an issue given only parking is on street. We were able to find a spot close to the home. Very clean and well appointed. As advertised and would rent again. Thank you! »

« A well priced and nice property near the National Museum of the US Air Force. I was able to walk to pick up dinner for our family both nights from some of the many locations less than a 1/2 mile away. »
