Swallows Nest offers family friendly accommodation to suit all ages in a stylish single story barn conversion and comprising of 2 interconnecting barns. There is free Wifi throughout the property and ample private parking with EV charging is available on site.

The 6-bedroom property features comfy seating areas with Smart TV's & DVD players overlooking private gardens with a wood burning stove for cosy winter weekends. The kitchen areas are well-equipped and include a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave in each property. Cupboards and drawers are stocked with cutlery, crockery glasses pans and oven trays. There is also a toaster, Tassimo coffee machine and cafetiere and tea towels and oven gloves are provided. Bed linen and towels are also provided alongside an eco-friendly housekeeping starter box and welcome hamper. Each property has a family bathroom and an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms include 2 king sized double - bedded rooms, 2 single bed rooms & 2 twin bedded rooms, one with zip and link beds. Guests have use of the 24 hour laundry.

Outside you'll find a private patio and fenced garden with a gate and direct access to the shared gardens and play areas. The patio is equipped with a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture ideal for informal al fresco dining. The gardens are East facing and an ideal spot for a sundowner, as the sun sets at the end of a busy day exploring the Norfolk coast.

The games room is equipped with table tennis & pool a toddlers play area and a selection of DVD's and books to borrow. Guests have shared use of the heated indoor pool and tennis courts.
