„Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night.“

„Steps away from the biking and walking trail, you can actually walk or ride your bike to Woods Hole. Lots of space for a family to spread out. Sheets of mattresses were clean and comfortable. When I needed something, Nancy was always very quick to reply.“

„Nice property with amazing AC. Everything was ready and clean when we checked in. The property needs a little fixing. The freezer wouldn't keep ice cold, it kept melting. The sliding door needs to be repaired and the dishwasher needs to be secured to the cabinets.. The kitchen had all the pots and pans and essentials needed but we had to go buy salt and pepper, sugar, all spiced. Maybe it is a Cape Cod thing not to have those in the unit since COVID, not sure. „Property was just as listed. Good location close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Great back deck with nice breeze. The grill was out of propane which we filled. Grill needs to be cleaned out of burnt residue. We had to call to get wi fi access. All in all it is a great spot to vacation. Problems were minor and easy to resolve. „Host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Such a charming home with thoughtful Kitchen /Bathroom Supplies. Chairs for the beach and firewood too. Loved being able to cookout using the grill. Good instructions and some fun games too. The mermaid theme throughout the whole house made us smile. "Insgesamt eine schöne, kleine Unterkunft mit gut ausgestatteten Zimmern. Das Bad ist etwas klein. Leider funktionierte bei uns das Internet nicht. Unser Zimmer lag im EG, direkt mit Blick auf den Parkplatz, das war weniger optimal. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Schmutzige Bettwäsche (bei Ankunft) wurde sofort gewechselt. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war defekt, auch diese wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem kleinen Privatstrand. "
