« Best place we stayed in 2025. Safe, quiet neighborhood with a few police neighbors. Great sized house with a downstairs family room functioning as a fourth bedroom if needed. Thoughtful touches everywhere. Plenty of towels, soap, paper towels, dishes, etc. Just far enough from Anchorage to feel safe and separate but close enough for convenient access if desired. All around solid choice and awesome one night experience. Much appreciate the owners. Kind, understanding, and good communicators....

« The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It had everything we needed. We could tell that the hosts put a lot of thought and effort into ensuring we had a nice stay. It was an easy drive from the airport and to downtown Anchorage and the local attractions. We would definitely stay there again. »

« The homeowners communication was stellar. Always at the right time, accommodating, helpful, and with very clear instructions. The location was absolutely perfect for me as I was attending an event at the University of Alaska Anchorage campus and it was a quick 15 minute walk there. The unit itself was pristine condition, very nice touches, and just what we needed to come "home" to at the end of the night. « Great property!Only complaint: I asked a question in a message. Several messages were sent from property folks but the messages only addressed upselling of extra time, i.e., early check-in and other generic info. My question was never addressed - seemed no one actually read my message and the communications I received were auto generated. »
