However I had a room near the lift which are quite noisy and I had asked my room to be changed but unfortunately my request was not processed in due time and I got busy with my meetings and no one got back to me. Also the buffet is nice, but it lacks of innovation as every evening it used to be more or less the same food. »

« You know your room wasn't cleaned between customers when you find a floater in the toilette, and dirty sheets. Upon complaining to management, they gave us another room and promised that this one had been cleaned. »

« 1- The rooms were unclean, blood spots on cushion cover as attached 2- The service staff is clueless, outside the room is bad. 3- They are bad at keeping reservations, I booked online but then they day it is sold out. 4- Unreliable, don't book hotel here. 5- I lost 1680rs in booking because of a very bad hotel and staff and the reception is horrible. »

« Room was not clean, and not maintained, bathroom had cigarette butts when we checked in, cleaner was cleaning room with same cleaning cloth as bathroom. In terms of servicing don’t expect anything. Room didn’t had geyser. »

« Firstly our booking was denied by hotel which was done thr' expedia.Then although paid for deluxe room, gave us dirty small inconvienient room without AC,fan,cupboard.After multiple requests,no upgradation on next day also. »
