Hotel Fayette Heights

« Awesome place »

« We really enjoyed the cabin we stayed in and the beautiful views that the property provided. However, we went to go get coffee on the morning of our checkout and we came back to the cleaning staff already in our cabin whenever we still had an hour left to checkout. So we felt like we were being pushed out whenever we were looking forward to coming back to drink our coffee on the back porch for the last hour of our stay. Thankfully, they were nice and did leave when we got back, but it still...

« The place was very clean but front staff was not existent at all during check in and check out process, »

« Although the clerk on arrival was very quiet, the staff in general was very friendly. Breakfast options were good and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot chocolate, coffee, and tea in the lobby upon arrival. »

« Comfortable room but not a great range of breakfast items. Many of us do not eat sugary food for breakfast. »

« Très propre »

« The door lock was problematic, the bath tub didn’t drain, the bed coverlet had a stain on it, the light by bed was burned out and the plug did not work, there was a pretty significant leak in ceiling in hall to where carpet was wet. Overall the room itself was clean. But we will not stay again. »

« Nice and restful place »

« Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving. »

« The floor probably could have been swept a little better My husband found a marijuana gummy on the floor »

« Needs to renovate.. »

« Great place for short stat on the road. »

« This hotel was superb! A great Value and I believe it was the owner that checked us un and was efficient and very friendly! I totally recommend this prop »

« I had room 524 on the fifth floor. Shower water never got hot and I waited a good five minutes. The air conditioning/heating system would not heat. The pillows were obviously very dusty as I am allergy sensitive to dust. In general, it seemed this room hadn’t been slept in in a while or had not been well cleaned. Very good breakfast! Desk service at check-in was not very friendly and very mediocre. Feel like I deserve a refund. »
