Very comfortable stay for 7 adults and 4 children in the week of Thanksgiving. Wonderful location overlooking the beach and lake. Ample space for everyone for work, play, meals. Winter walk on the beach a plus. Would definitely return.

Long Weekend Getaway

We were beyond excited for our two-family getaway and were blown away by the incredible property. The house fit both my husbands and my immediate family and we all had our own private spaces to sleep, relax and get ready. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The views of the lake and the woods were both perfect. The bathrooms were clean and lovely. The fire pit and backyard were spacious for games and a bonfire, and there was a seating area and table to eat dinners in the back. We spent our mornings on the front porch eating breakfast or on the balconies. The lake waves and breeze were endlessly relaxing. The kitchen, living room, and dining area were massive and full of space! The kitchen had everything and more. We loved the bar area too! Thank you for an amazing and wonderful stay. It was so ever memorable.

Fennville wedding stay

This home is in a perfect location if you are looking for time on the beach or the fantastic view of a quiet sunset. Very very clean, well equipped (inside and out). Outside firepit was a hit every night. Plenty of space for multiple families.

First time vacation in Michigan - couldn't have been better!!

We (Missourians) met our Michigan friends at the house and were so very impressed! The house was beautiful and accommodated all of us (even our two babies). The beach was perfect for our little ones first trip. The sunsets were awesome and we had great meals and enjoyed fun around the firepit. Everyone said it was the best trip ever!!!

College Friend Reunion

The property was a perfect choice for our annual reunion. The house itself is very lovely and large but also is very quality. We also loved the location. The house is located on a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Our group of ladies enjoyed a day of shopping and exploring in both Saugatuck and Holland.Truly a perfect choice for our group of seven women to meet and enjoy time together.

Amazing Lake House

This is an amazing property. It's a perfect location for a big family, multiple families, or a few friends joining together. The kids bunk room is fabulous and can sleep so many that we were all very comfortable. The kitchen is huge and there are a lot of seating areas that even with a big group you don't feel like you're on top of each other. The view is fabulous and the private beach access is awesome. The kids spend hours there daily and it was so nice that they could just walk to it while some adults could stay back in the house to relax. I love that it is at the end of a cul-de-sac so it's very quiet and safe for kids to be outside. It is also barely 10-15 minutes to the town and we loved popping by there for coffee, meals, shopping. The town is adorable and so quaint. It was our first time in the area and we loved how family friendly it was. There are a lot of things to do outdoors, so many great ice cream places to try, and great coffee shops, and beaches to explore/hike along. My two small nitpicks are I wish there was better seating in the front of the house where the view is and I would have liked more cleaning supplies to help keep the house tidy. The floors were a little dirty when when we first arrived and we bought some swiffer wet wipes to tidy along the week. They also don't provide any wood for the firepit- even a few logs to get started would be a nice courtesy. All small details because otherwise the stay was great and very comfortable.

Family Getaway

We have a large family, so finding a place to accommodate all of us is TOUGH! This rental was absolutely lovely! The view is breathtaking, it’s close in location to Douglas, saugatuak and south haven! House was clean and rooms were spacious! We were disappointed when we got to the house to see there was no access to the beach from the stairs. They are completely blocked off with no direct access to the beach! Other than that, we loved it and had a great vacation! Thank you!!

Excellent property and community

The house and grounds were excellent which should be expected at this price point. We also really liked the location coming from Indianapolis, as of mid 2021 there is so much construction that getting around can be a challenge. The bonus room above the garage was outstanding with the bunk beds and dedicated bathroom for the kids. There is still water pressure issues as discussed in previous reviews but the rental company seems to be addressing it because there was a plumber scheduled while we were there. We were pretty disappointed by the inaccuracy of the Lakeshore photo. The stairs down are no longer there at all! We're completely understanding if water level determines if the beach is usable, but figured either way we could walk down to the water and sit on the landings. Listing should be revised to take the stairs out to avoid misleading customers.

Christmas vacation

Home was outstanding. My wife loved the kitchen and dining area. The view at sunset was also amazing. However, we noted several items on our exit sheet. Garbage disposal in kitchen did not work. Problems with water pressure and hot water in several bathrooms upstairs including the master bedroom. No hot water or water pressure in bedroom overlooking the foyer. Shower in the bunkhouse bedroom was ok. Icemaker in main refrigerator in kitchen did not work. We were able to work around these issues and had a good time. We would return in the future.

Stunning views, stunning property.

The experience was excellent, there was literally nothing we would have changed. Lots of different spaces to be together, just as many to relax and recharge for a bit alone. Highly recommended, a beautiful meticulously maintained home.

It is a lovely home. The bedrooms were nice as were the numerous bathrooms. The kitchen was furnished adequately with the exception of a mixer. We were disappointed by the fact that there is no access to the lake, however we witnessed very many beautiful sunsets..
