„My husband and me and our two small children spent the weekend at this property and we had a wonderful stay. The communication with the host was great and she was quick to respond to any messages. Our family was very comfortable and the listing was even more spacious than anticipated. Despite a rainy weekend, we had a great stay. The location was ideal as it was a short drive to anything we wanted to do. We would definitely come back here.“

„The home was perfect. Clean as a whistle. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed - loved many of the beach themed items throughout the home. A well planned open living space on the 1st floor with kitchen and dinning room table set for 6 but could accommodate 8. The patio was spacious, although the weather during our stay was too hot to enjoy this area. The homeowners responded quickly with all of our questions.“

„We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬“

„Both Afternoons while entering the Lobby we had complimentary Sangrias red and white mixtures. The Staff were helpful in restaurant choices and directions. The pool was clean and you could see the sunset since it is a rooftop swimming area! Parking was really convenient since the hotel is located two blocks from the boardwalk, we barely moved the vehicle until driving to Lewes that was only 5mins yes away to local bars !!“
