This was such a perfect getaway for me and my children. They loved the game room which is downstairs so I felt like I had time to relax and meal prep upstairs. So cozy and the cleanest cabin I’ve ever rented! You can tell this little home is loved and cared for. This place is so well thought out and we will be back for more adventures!

Peaceful Cabin in the Woods

My family had a wonderful stay at Meadowlark Cabin! It was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we could possibly need and more. We wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of all the games and activities available at the cabin. On the Leatherwood Mountains property, we enjoyed walking to breakfast and lunch at the Saddlebrook Restaurant, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and swimming in the pool. We also took drives to Boone for groceries, mini golf, and shopping, and to Banner Elk for gem mining and the alpine coaster (so much fun). We had a great trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Amazing Quiet Cabin

Our family was very impressed with our three nights stay at this cabin. Was well equipped with all the activities needed for kids lots of indoor and outdoor games. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen easy to communicate.

Family Vacation

My family had an amazing time sharing this cabin for vacation. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out and so clean that we didn't even use our sheets that we brought with us. We were so amazed at all the amenities the cabin and community had. The kids stayed so busy they didn't even care they didn't have cell service lol! The location was also wonderful! We went to Tweetsie and went shopping and dining in Blowing Rock while we were there! The price for this beautiful cabin was absolutely reasonable and made for such a wonderful and affordable vacation. We will definitely be back!!! service

Loved our stay!

The cabin was perfect for us and our kids. It was kept so clean which is a huge plus! There was so much there for the kids to do plus the pool, horses and tubing near by. It was the perfect getaway for our family.

The perfect getaway

This is by far the best place we’ve stayed at in the mountains. The space offered so much to do the kids didn’t even want to leave! It was also immaculately clean. I’m very particular about that issue, and I found it exceeded my standards. The other thing we appreciated was the attention to detail. Everything we could have possibly needed or wanted was already thought of. We highly recommend it as a booking that’s worth every penny.

Christmas Break Getaway

My husband and I took our family to stay at Meadowlark cabin for a getaway from all the hustle of busy life, especially during the holidays. Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. We played pickleball, had a picnic outside, walked to pet the horses, played board games nonstop and enjoyed the hot tub many times. It was the most beautiful and relaxing atmosphere that we could have asked for. The cabin had all we needed in order to slow life down and just focus on each other, making beautiful, life long memories. We can not wait to come back again!

Cabin Oasis

The cabin was everything the description stated. It was a wonderful vacation for my wife, my kids, their significant others and myself. The weather was great and we really enjoyed all the home had to offer. Played games, watched movies, played pool, worked on a puzzle, used the hot tub, cooked inside and on the grill, used the fireplace and just relaxed. I would stay again when we can. The host provided everything you could think of and the kitchen was well stocked for cookware and utensils. We really can't say enough about how nice and clean the home was. Perfect Weekend Getaway

This fabulous cabin has everything you need for a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable getaway. Everything had a place and was labeled with directions as needed. The amenities give lots of options for everyone to do individually or as a family/group. The host was responsive and worked with us to ensure we had a great stay in the short amount of time we were there. If you are looking for a place with lots to do on the property check you won't be disappointed with this cabin. We will be back in the future.

Staying at Meadowlark Cabin was total bliss. It was so peaceful and quiet and so well furnished that there is nothing one needs to have an incredible stay. It was nestled in a beautiful setting, so clean and neat and so well thought out by the owners. Highly recommend!

Rainy Weekend Getaway

We had a lovely time at this cabin. It was full of amenities. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub, open kitchen, and living room. The deck was fantastic and well laid out, with places to sit outdoors, even on a rainy day. The property itself had amenities such as fishing and horseback riding. The girls enjoyed catching fish at the stocked pond. Wonderful getaway!

Mountain get away trip

The cabin was great. It was very clean & there are a lot of games & things to do, like hot tub etc. The quality of furniture, dishes, bedding etc- were all very high end. The decorations are perfect. It’s a 45 minute drive to ski - a scenic drive around the mountain. The owner is friendly & detailed. We would stay here again! Great visit!

Awesome cabin in the woods

This was exactly what my friends & I were looking for to celebrate New Years a little bit more relaxed. It’s a quiet, secluded cabin tucked away in the woods with plenty of privacy and scenic views. Plenty of cookware, games, and reliable WiFi. Loved it.

Plenty of fun, rain or shine.

We are Leatherwood rental veterans and Meadowlark cabin has something for everyone!! The great outdoors are great at Leatherwood; but, if rain or snow get in the way, Meadowark has liesure time fun for all.... puzzles, arcade games, board games, hot tub, big tv's, etc., etc. and is better equipped than any place we have ever stayed. We will revisit.

Great Cabin

If anyone is looking for nice cabin for an escape this one is perfect. The host was very responsive and even left my wife and I a card and a bottle of wine as an anniversary present. I would highly recommend this cabin.
