« Very clean, well maintained apt. The bed was way too soft for me. Had to sleep on the couch which was a high end, luxurious soft leather couch. Info in notebook was very helpful. It's quite a walk to UF campus . Glad I had a car. »

« Our stay was nice, the sheets were a bit dirty when we arrived but we had a blanket that we used and laid on top of the comforter. The ac was ice cold and the property was nice. Hosts were friendly although we didn’t see them when we were onsite. Would def stay here again »

« Fantastic house and location. Exactly as I expected and hoped. Adorable studio with both charming original features and modern updates, plenty of space. Easy walk to Colsie Coffee, Great Outdoors restaurant and all the other downtown shops and eateries. 20 minutes drive or less to Ichetucknee Springs, O’Leno, Ginnie, Gilchrist etc. Shawn made sure to reach out and ensure everything was perfect.
