In addition, the competence of the reception varies greatly according to the time! If two ladies are at the reception, they are mostly competent. „My family and I really enjoyed our weekend-stay here! The home was much more spacious than we expected. And we brought along our fur babies that also enjoyed the large backyard. Would definitely recommend this place to those traveling with pets! The home was also not too far of a drive to the downtown Denver area. “

„Very nice room. Shared bathroom was adequate and clean. Temperature in the room was comfortable and there was nice towels and bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper. WiFi was fast and the host were kind and generous. “

„It was a nice stay. The only concern was they advertised the entire house, which wasn’t true. The owners stayed in the basement and we shared the yard. We didn’t know this until right before we arrived. Since I was watching my grandson, we were disappointed with this. The price was expensive for sharing space with the owners.“

„The property met all our needs. It was a very spacious home. Alot of room to spread out with having two sitting areas and having a breakfast nook off the kitchen was great. The location was great! It is centrally located for shopping and in a nice neighborhood. It was nice to see people leisurely taking walks in the morning and early evening hours. If you have physical mobility issues, it may not be a good fit due to stairs to get to bedrooms.“

„House was clean and in a safe neighborhood. We really appreciated the pool and playground since we traveled with kids. The house had the basics, but lacked some of the perks, like tissues and ample hand soap. We traveled with five adults and four kids and fit comfortably, but the space would have been tight if we added another person. Nana was very responsive and a good host. We would definitely stay again.“

„This little VRBO was very comfy and welcoming for me and my 3 teens (13, 15, 19.) My youngest was thrilled to see the fresh bananas the owners had left for us! There was also a little coffee and tea bar provided! There is also a lovely porch and porch swing right outside the front door. Things to know: There are two small steps (one at a time) going DOWN to get into the uome, and one larger step UP to enter the shower. „This is a great property. It was really clean and spacious. We loved the decor, and the house was well appointed including extras like hand soap, qtips, and cotton rounds in the bathrooms. It was great having two Master suites. The owner was easy to communicate with and checked in to be sure we didn't need anything. Check in and check out were really easy. The location is great, too. Safe and quiet. I highly recommend this property, and we would be happy to stay there again. “

There were some strange people hanging around the hallways, and my room door had clearly been broken into at some point and was poorly repaired — it didn’t feel very secure. Overall, the room was okay for a budget stay, but I didn’t feel entirely safe and wouldn’t choose this location again."
