« Communication was very poor with owner. Didn’t return messages months prior to trip. Had a hard time getting into property due to lack of response. But eventually got the code for entrance. Great cabin in the woods, very spacious for an entire family. Beds were Tempur-pedic which were very comfortable. Had a mix of modern and cool mid century style throughout the cabin with a lot of charm. Fishing was OK for us. There IS a marina in town that we rented a fishing boat from and we conveniently...

« Gorgeous property - lake is beautiful and very peaceful. Cabin is nice without being fancy (perfect for those of us with dogs!). Great stay! GPS does take you to property next door, so slightly more communication around that would have helped. »

« This secluded home on a remote lake was very peaceful. This place is ultra clean, very spacious, and ideal for a family or friends. We appreciated the ‘no pet’ rule as both of us are sensitive. It’s close to Rice Lake for restaurants and local events there. Carrie also decorated this place with a simple but elegant understated beauty, so it was easy to maintain for us. « Sherry’s spot is beautiful! Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfy!We enjoyed the pontoon and brought kayak and floats to use as well! « Bobbi was wonderful throughout our time there at the Sanctuary. We had 46 people staying there for our family reunion and it was amazing! The kitchen was fully stocked. We had 2 large gathering places and the beds were comfortable. Checkout was smooth too. We liked it so much that we will be going back for our next family reunion. »

« Very nice place, very cozy. Great place for kids. They have their own place to sleep, Plenty of room in the house for six adults. Everything you needed was available, supplies, etc. would be nice to have a bigger yard for the kids to play and sleep outside in the tents , nice docks but alittle wiggly , and no paddle boat( it was wreaked by other renters ). Otherwise great place to hang with 10 family members for a week. Lots of fish was caught too. We booked a trip to this place for next...
