« It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money. »

« The room is good and of a reasonably high standard. There are however two major challenges. The room was on the top floor which from the car park is three flights of stairs. A lot when you’re carrying several large bags and clothes for a wedding. The second big issue is the hall lights on a sensitive room sensor. There is no way to switch this off or lights off. « We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). Good value for money so we would gladly return if we're back in the area. »
