« I booked a property through Expedia for six guests to visit Sesame Place. Upon arriving around 7:50 PM, the host told us the property was already occupied. We wasted an hour driving back and forth, plus a six-hour round-trip drive home, and lost our entire second day at the park. I’m requesting a full refund and additional compensation for the stress, wasted time, and ruined plans for our group. »

« This is a tastefully decorated and updated townhouse in a quaint borough. That said, there were two issues: 1) The property has no central heating and the space heaters are not able to keep up with the cold weather (probably would be fine if it were 60 degrees outside), 2) more importantly, there was enough hot water for 1 person to take a 5 minute shower (and no heater in the bathroom). This was a major frustration

« Great property, clean, top location to every amenities just as seen in the pictures. BUT!!! The checking process was so frustrating it took us 2 hours straight with your agent on the phone. After driving 4hrs I was not expecting to go through all the stress we went through. The agent was helpful nonetheless, and please just use regular keys or cards. I will definitely come back. »
