« House came with everything you could possibly need, such as games, chargers, coffee, more towels than even 8 of us could possibly use. Anything you'd need is within walking distance. We needed wal mart, flower shop, ice cream place, subway and convenience store and they're all within a couple of blocks. Check in and out was easy and no onerous clean up rules. »

« The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure! »

« The Magnolia House has something for everyone! It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near sports games, shopping, walking trails, park, restaurants, and night life. If you are looking to just stay in, there is plenty of things to do for all ages. The host is easy to reach if necessary and communicates only when neccesay. I will definitely be booking this property again! »

We had to give it some low scores not because of the property or host but because of the VRBO app. When we got to Wichita the app would not allow us to communicate with the owner/host. We didn’t have the address of the property and the VRBO app was no help. « Brought our high school b-ball team to Wichita. The boys were exhausted after 3 games and had a blast just hanging out in the basement all evening while we cooked upstairs. Awesome place for kids, with the arcade games, foosball table and entertainment center. Highly recommend, will try to make it back next year. »
