Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails. »

« Absolutely loved staying at the retreat. Danny and Helen are extremely welcoming, nothing is too much trouble (even helped to fix my car) ((be careful reversing in and out of drive, can be quite tight)). Beautiful view to wake up to, beds very comfortable. Welcome pack extremely useful and offered fresh eggs daily from their chickens. Local walks are beautiful. Within about 30-40 minutes drive from Caerphilly castle, Aberfan, Abergavenny, Pontypool, Cardiff, Barry Island and many other places of...
