« House was really nice. However, a few things weren't good. We had freezing rain and the driveway was a skating rink with no ice melt. Couldn't use the grill as there was a ton of snow on the deck and someone before us left the propane tank open and we couldn't change over the tank due to the deck was covered with snow. « We spent a perfect long and slow week end. The property is wonderfully appointed with everything needed. The fall folliage made the surroundings feel absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to come back! »

« Nous avions un Condo de 2 chambres très spacieux et relativement propre. Cependant, il y avait une odeur de moisissures à l'intérieur très dérangeante, peut-être à cause des tapis. La décoration est démodé et il n'y a aucun service au chambre. On doit faire son lit et conserver ces serviettes si l'on reste plus d'une nuit. De plus, on a manqué de papier de toilette dans une des salles de bains. Sans l'odeur épouvantable, le Condo aurait été correct. »

« This rental was the perfect location for our wedding guest weekend. 10 min to the Rocks Estate venue. 15 into Bethlehem and Littleton. We LOVED Bethlehem really cute and friendly. Also love the Iron Furnance Brewery in Franconia, which is just down the road. The house itself is lovely and feels new, except for furnature is DEFINATLEY "lived in", soft surfaces are heavily stained. Located off a dirt road on a dirt driveway. Jeeps are great! if you have a low riding car, watch out. The house...

« Our stay was fabulous. The living space was spacious and comfortable! Well stocked with cooking utensils. The bedrooms upstairs are cozy. Not a lot of privacy, but enough for a few close friends and family. Two of the beds are in a loft so be prepared to climb a ladder. Over all, very little negative to say. If I was ever in the area again, I would stay. »

« Fantastic getaway(perfect location) for 2 longtime friends and their dogs! We did a couple of the local walks, Perch pond and the snowmobile trail in the mornings. Then off hiking for the day to multiple scenic locations throughout NH. On our final night while sitting on the deck. The sled dogs put on a few vocal symphonies with assistance from our dogs(Odie and Zoey) and a couple of Barred Owls. The house provided everything we were looking for and more. »
