« The location of these little cottages is unbeatable. It was super quaint and cute! Has everything you’d need for a weekend getaway for 2. I would NOT try sleeping on the front “sofa” - it was super hard. Definitely a pet friendly unit and smelled a bit like dog pee. We wished the gas fireplace was working but it they had just put a small electric on in front of the gas one, which was still okay. Overall, a decently cheap place to stay for a few nights. « The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. « Older well maintained, super clean condo with lots of space. Excellent location and view. Comfortable mattresses on both the king size bed and the murphy bed in the living room. The deck was larger than most and looked out to the ocean and down to the promenade. I would come book it again! »

« The view was awesome. Had family from AR, MO, and OR all meet and there was plenty of room. The hot tub was definitely a plus. »
