« Enjoyed our stay at Andy’s place! It had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy and the water pressure in the showers was great. Nice, safe location. Easy to get to/from places. Place has a garage which we used one evening during a rain storm but otherwise felt completely safe leaving our vehicle on driveway overnight. We didn’t get a chance to use the nice deck area with bbq grill but this is definitely a great feature of the property. The large tv in the living room was a hit with my...

« This is the perfect spot to stay on current river! The river is less crowded (even on the holiday weekend) and the views from the deck are beautiful! It was easy to find and check in.The house had everything we needed and more, along with being very comfortable, cozy and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again! »

« Our stay was wonderful! Austin could not have been more accommodating, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately the river flooded during the last few days of our stay. On one day we took my 6 year old granddaughter to a nice water park and the other day we went to a bunch of flea markets and antique shops. The lemonade house grill and 1808 public house restaurants were sooo good every time we went for both lunch and dinner! Doniphan is a nice little town that i will definitely return to and will...

« Well the pictures are great but they don’t do it justice. My wife and I needed a relaxing weekend getaway and this property was perfect! We do our own cooking and the grill and griddle were perfect for us. We used pretty much the whole place. The table with umbrella and the lounge chairs with umbrella on the deck, the beach chairs and umbrellas at the private beach, the deck chairs on the deck overhanging the river and the fire pit.
