„We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) „The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. „The place looked good online, but it is larger than it seems and better than I can express!!!!What a true gem in a setting you try to think of reasons to return for another occasion before you have even left.All went well and was very easy from the reservation, communication, arrival, stay, adding my son's dog for 2 days 24 hours before arrival, to cleanup and leaving,,,,,which we were all sad to drive away!Had a great experience that I left something and was able to go back a few days later ...

„The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived, the AC wasn’t cooling properly. We contacted the host around 7:00 PM on a Friday—the hottest day of the year in RVA—and she immediately arranged for an AC technician. Remarkably, the tech arrived within 30 minutes and resolved the issue that evening. We really appreciated the quick action and dedication to guest comfort.“

„This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!“

„I stayed here with my husband and 3 of our friends from college while in town for a friend’s wedding. The location was close to the venue and easy to navigate to. The host had amazing communication and was easy to get a hold of when needed. Only big complaint is that it wasn’t in the NICEST area, but we didn’t feel unsafe ever.
