„This is a lovely cottage in the middle of Grassington. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The cottage is lovely, beds and sofas are comfortable. TV is excellent with an on demand selection. It was a bonus to have a secluded garden. Perfect for when the sun is out. It was clean (with the exception of a few cobwebs on the wall) and felt very homely. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and we would happily return.“

„This was a great unique property, right on a working train line. Perfectly situated to do the 3 peaks. Everything we needed was there and it was great to find some milk in the fridge on arrival. The bed was extremely comfortable, with duck down feathers and allowed for a great nights sleep. When we arrived the keycode wasn't working, so I called the host, who answered immediately and rectified the situation. „Came to settle for some 3 peaks hiking and to meet up with old friends for joint birthday celebrations. Woodstock cottage was ideally located for train travel with substantial baggage. The cottage was great, had everything needed for my 5 night stay. Loved the reclining sofa, fully equiped kitchen, comfy beds and bathtub. Kate was a great host and added thoughtful extra touches like milk in the fridge and a small welcome hamper. Could not have had a better stay in this value for money cottage. “

„I had a worry that the cottage might be a little small but we had loads of room due to the layout being over three floors. The decor was smart and we had everythign we needed. It was very hot the day we arrived so it was particularly good to have the lounge in the basement. A few little niggles, none of them dealbreakers. There was a lot of noise from the pub at the back on Saturday night, which was annoying. While everything was very clean, the towels smelled a little musty. Parking was a ...

„The Flaggs is a special place. Its old world charm is complemented with modern comfortable beds and lovely pillows. Although small it contains everything one needs for a 5 night stay.It is a pleasant 15 minute walk along the river to Settle station from where you can take the scenic Settle to Carlisle line to enjoy splendid views of the Yorkshire Dales or do excellent circular or linear walks.We would stay at the Flaggs again.“

„Das Cottage ist klein und sehr gemütlich. Voll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns gleich superwohl gefühlt. Der Besitzer ist sehr lieb, freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn wir ihn nicht persönlich kennengelernt haben. Der einzige Nachteil ist der nicht vorhandene Parkplatz für das Cottage, aber paar Meter weiter sind Parkplatzmöglichkeiten. Grassington selbst ist ein schönes kleines Dorf. Man fühlt sich wohl hier und wir werden zurück kommen“

„Dale House is a great property with all the facilities you need. Its clean and comfortable and a great venue for family and friends. Fab games room. We had a lovely stay in Feb 25 and made use of the open fire which made it feel very cosy.There are 3 pubs within walking distance (literally a few mins). We ate at the Blue Bell Inn and the food was delicious! (Would advise to book a table)We also did a lovely walk from the property, The Kettlewell circular and at the halfway point we ate at the ...

Gut mit kleinen Mängeln

"Sehr schön gelegenes hotel, Zimmer sauber, betten bequem. Schöne große Aufenthaltsräume um einfach zu sitzen und eine Bar um was zu trinken ohne ein "Bar-Gefühl" zu haben, also auch für die kinder geeignet. Schlecht war dass der Geräteraum des großen Fitnessbereichs unter meinem Zimmer war und ab 7 uhr sehr lautstark Gewichte gehoben wurden, es gab regelmäßiges Knallen und der boden zitterte. Das geht gar nicht. "
