« Logement bien situé. C'est bien la seule chose de positive sur cet hotel. Réceptionniste désagréable, la chambre manquait beaucoup de propreté (poussiÚre partout, produits pour la douche déjà ouverts, sol dégoutant...). La porte de la chambre ne se fermait pas correctement non plus... Le matin, nous avons la désagréable surprise de trouver une multitude de fourmis dans le coin cuisine... J'ai demandé à parler au responsable, celui ci n'était pas disponible car il était en entretien d'embauche....

« I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am..... »
