« Beautiful place, but it is flawed. The owner made entry into the building and apartment as easy as possible. The apartment was perfect for our party of 5. The apartment looks like it does in the images. The kitchen and laundry room also had important necessities such as dish wash and laundry detergent. Great location.Unfortunately, there were a few concerns for our family. First, there was a noticeable odor throughout the apartment, which prompted me to purchase numerous candles and air...

« Everything was great from check-in to checking out. Only negative thing I can think of is that the TV screen needed to be cleaned and I really didn’t care about it. Would come back if I have the need to visit Tally again. »

« The property inside looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and neat and comfortable. It is centrally located and close to the University which makes it very convenient, but the surrounding areas are quite run down. »

« We stayed at this home for our daughter’s graduation from FSU, and it was perfect! It had just the right amount of space, and the pool was beautiful—our daughter was in it every chance she got. I will definitely stay here again when she graduates from grad school! »

« Overall was good. Thought it had a ramp and didnt so a little disappointed but the ramp is right down the road and the boat lift is awesome really helped having it. It is tiny but could easily fit 3 guys for a long weekend. In a good spot out of the way and great spot on the canal. Definitely coming back! »

« Repeat visitor. Home is spacious, clean and well equipped. Very close to the Jim Woodruff Dam boat ramps and Lake Seminole. Plenty of room for parking with a boat and trailer. Quiet neighborhood in a friendly town. We will keep coming back! »
