„My 12 year old and I enjoyed being close to the beach for 4th of July. We invited friends and it was a very comfortable stay for 4 - with beds to spare! Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot. A clean and perfectly located house next to fine dining for grown ups and pizza and ice cream for the kids. Nice back porch with friendly neighbors. A great beach house and a very helpful host!“

„The house is located steps from the beach and the host provides the beach toys, towels, and most of what you need. Our family enjoyed our stay and it’s perfect for kids too.When we ran into some issues the host took care of it right away. We will be back. “

„The property was immaculate but very outdated. Furniture was comfortable and it had all the basics. Some of the bedroom furniture had knobs missing but the bed was great. We spent most of our time outdoors and the location was perfect! Thank you!“

„My party of four - two adults and two teens - had a wonderful stay in Henlopen Station. Host George and his son Matt are excellent hosts and very responsive to all communications. Check-in was a breeze due to the lock pad on the front door. The location inside Coastal Highway is key to avoid traffic. The property is walking distance to several restaurants and Revelation Craft Brewing. The condo was very clean upon our arrival and the property has a nice pool area to relax at after spending time ...

„The house is beautiful - colors and furniture are comfortable and warm. They have outfitted the house with everything you might want for a week at the beach. The property has a shared pool and tennis access with a neighboring community. A car is necessary to reach the boardwalk and the beach area.“

„This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. Checkin was simple using the door code. The unit was clean and close to everything. The only thing that is missing is a dishwasher. Definitely would rent again.“
