« Prefect place »

« Très bien équipé. Clim partout, télé, WIFI, ... Appartement grand : salon cuisine, buanderie, chambres séparées. Bruit de la route atténué. Piscine sur le toit (9ème) très agréable et en très bon état avec vue sur Colombo. Quartier éloigné du centre (compter 20' de tuk tuk) du Fort, mais pour le même tarif (120 € avec petit dej avec vue sur Colombo) la catégorie est une étoile en dessous et souvent sans petit dej. »

« Our recent stay at this peaceful oasis in Colombo was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and kindness by the incredible staff - especially Samantha, who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The serene ambiance, coupled with a beautifully maintained pool, made for the perfect escape from the city's hustle. Whether it was lounging by the water or indulging in the delicious food, every moment felt like a refreshing retreat....

« Nous étions seules dans l'hôtel en saison basse. Les hotes etaient tres disponibles et prevenants. La piscine est un vrai plus. Le petit dej est tres complet et bon.Les chambres sont bien equipées. Parfait pour se reposer apres une nuit en avion. »

« AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! »

« My highlight was meeting the owner and his wife. So knowledgeable about many things. It was a delight to talk to them and learn about the culture. This is a small hotel but it was really well kept up and very clean. The bathroom was great - a kitchen to make coffee and tea and a small breakfast if you wanted it. Not many restaurants nearby, but one that is an 8 minute walk. I chose to eat there several times (named "Coffee Boss"). Great selection of cafe drinks and a great menu of food. ...

« Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . »

« The property is a great place to stay as a family and the interior of the unit is awesome. Only issue I found was the shower was clogged and it has been like that for the whole stay although notified. The interior materials were high quality with a great view of the city. The bedding could have been cleaned but they rectified as soon as noticed. The caveat of this building is the parking. If you are driving reconsider just based on my experience. »

« Deva the caretaker made the difference. He was fantastic. A very caring man. The owner Dinesh and his wife very responsive and we felt so comfortable going forth our chosen residence in Colombo. We have stayed at the Hilton, Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury , Cinnamon Lake etc. but this is the place to stay. 10/10 »

« Had a great 2 night stay at this apartment. Inside Havelock was nice and peaceful, also a convenient location within colombo for us. Basic amenities were available but we had planCheckin and checkout were smooth. »

"Nous avons séjourné qu'une nuit, l'hôtel est parfait, prestations parfaites, la piscine sur le toit avec une vue splendide. Le quartier n'est pas très touristique, cependant il reste agréable. Il n'y a pas de plage où l'on peut se poser. Il est accessible en bus, il se trouve pas loin de la gare de train kollupitiya."

Hôtel ok, mais manque d'entretien

"Hôtel très bien placé à côté d'un quartier avec plein de restaurants. Chambre grande et propre. Personnel charmant, mis à part un des gardes qui scanne les sacs, il m'a repoussé pour faire passer avant moi une personne en me disant que cette personne était "riche" je trouve cette attitude particulièrement choquante. La piscine à débordement sur une zone en chantier, c'est étrange, il suffirait de mettre de buissons pour cacher la vue et rendre l'endroit plus agréable"

"Très beau complexe, bien entretenu. Le personnel est au petit soins ce qui est très agréable. Belle piscine avec bar proposant chicha kaloud et cocktails. Majestueux hall avec bar intérieur et magasin de bijoux. De plus l’entrée et sécurisé. Pas de crainte foncée donc "
