« This is a great option for independent-minded travelers who want something clean and spacious near the university. There is not much in the way of front desk staff but they communicated smoothly about check in and check out. There is an excellent bakery downstairs on the premises. The kitchen is stocked with basic pots, pans, utensils, etc. Tons of space. There is a bit of street noise as the property is at a busy intersection, so bring your earplugs just in case. Overall, good value. »

« This place was just what we needed - quiet, peaceful, clean and very well stocked. We slept so soundly there. The beds were comfortable and it had a cozy feel to it. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area. »

« A very utilitarian home. Nice beds, bedding and towels. Nice shower. Need to shower quickly if several showers needed in quick succession. Lovely air conditioning in this heat. Be aware that the ac is loud. Hosts very responsive to contact. We were happy with our stay. »

« Traveled with my sisters for a weekend getaway. The house was just right for the four of us. Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. Screened back porch was a bonus. Only negative was that the living room sofas were worn and didn't have much support. Overall a great stay! »

« We were visiting to move our daughter to UIUC. It was easy to find, check in and check out. Check out was particularly easy and we appreciated that. The dryer didn’t work, but we found a laundromat nearby with ease. »

« We were in town for a baseball tournament. Had two families (5 people, 3 people). The basement was perfect for one family and the upstairs was perfect for the larger family. The property was clean. Good communication with the owner. Everything we needed was there including garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap etc. We had a great stay. The beds were super comfortable too! »
