« This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value. »

« I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

« My flight was cancelled and I was at a loss of where to stay. I found this property. I was so relieved until I was at the property for about 20 minutes. It was very musty and I had a horrible asthma attack and couldn’t sleep because of the must and mold. The bedding probably wasn’t clean and the mattress and pillows were due for a change out about 3 years ago. The carpet was really dirty. The bathroom and kitchen were nice. The living room furniture was dirty too. Wish I had something more...

« My family really enjoyed our stay at Alex's place. We were visiting family friends who were located in Swampscott and were excited to have a large place to ourselves. We appreciated how close the apartment was to downtown Salem, local beaches and restaurants. The drive to our relatives in Swampscott was 5-10 minutes.
