« Located in a quiet, yet very close to all life necessities, this clean property is a great find. The owner is an excellent communicator. Besides sending us all necessary info before our arrival, he checked in on us during our stay. The king mattress was very firm, as we like it. There were extra pillows, blankets, portable fan in the apartment. We took advantage of the coin operated community washers an dryers in the basement. »

« The place was clean. Had issue with wifi which he fixed. My only recommendation is that a tv be added to master bedroom. Host was very responsive. Kitchen and bathroom had what you needed and it was a quiet neighborhood. Checkin was easy »

« Believe the photos! The house truly is this beautiful! There were four in our party; the living area was plenty big enough and very comfortable for us to relax and watch a movie after being out all day. The kitchen was also big enough for us to move around without getting in each other’s way to make something to eat, make coffee, fix a snack, etc.The bedrooms were big, too. Big closets, extra blankets and pillows, and TVs in each room. All bedrooms had queen beds and you could move around...

« The Hibernation Station was exactly what i needed. It was super comfortable and has all the extra stuff that you might have forgot. The host's were great and accommodating. I had to extend my stay a few days and Rachel/Coleman were able to make it happen. If Im ever back in the Fairbanks area I will definitely be looking ro stat here. »

« This property was located perfectly for what we were looking for. Quiet, dark skies and privacy. Sadly the weather didn't cooperate so that we could view the Northern Lights. Our entire reason for the trip. Thought we did enough research, especially for this year light activity. Monitored everyday and nowhere in the area was any better. Thank you hosts for a wonderful stay. Great treats, wonderful appliances, the basic needs were met perfectly. »

« Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again. »

« The house was amazing! The property was centrally located making it easy to travel around Fairbanks. The kitchen was well supplied allowing us to make breakfast every day. The host was extremely helpful and even shared some bear spray when we went to Denali National Park. The host has plenty of local brochures to offer extra ideas for activities. Our main purpose of travel was to see the aurora and we were very successful with the help of a local tour company. I highly recommend this property. »

"I came back to this hotel because the first time I stayed here, the service was good. This time, however, it was a disaster. I had specifically requested a quiet room with a nice view when I made my reservation. Instead, I was given a room overlooking black rooftops and noisy air conditioning units—absolutely terrible. From room 205, starting from the very first night, I could hear the noise from the plumbing
 On top of that, when I asked about the airport shuttle schedule, the answers I received were completely off-topic. The staff member who checked me in seemed totally clueless. In the end, I didn’t even stay for the last night I had paid for. The Wedgewood Resort in Fairbanks is a much better option, even if it’s not as close to downtown. The small downtown area itself is charming, with several international restaurants to choose from."
