« The property is located right across from Hawks Nest State Park. The neighborhood is quiet. You can sit on the front porch or out back on the patio or up by the fire pit. We saw deer, birds and heard a fox at night. The house is clean, comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. Great drawer and closet space too! « We needed a dog friendly place to base our New River Gorge trip and this fit the bill. Plenty of room and everything went smoothly. No dishwasher so you'll have to hand wash any dishes you use but that's not a huge issue. The window unit air conditioners worked well enough we were quite comfortable.I would add that you are parking in front of the left hand garage door but you are staying in the main house. Was beautifully done and had all the necessities provided (shower products, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent and sponges, laundry detergent, trash bags and some spices.
