1. 3br Cottage in Lansing bordering the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve

« This is a great little cottage just minutes from the New River visitor center. It is a very convenient location for activities around Fayetteville, being walking distance from the Endless Wall trailhead. It’s just a few minutes drive to Adventures On the Gorge, where we did our white water trip. The cottage has a queen master bed, a double in the second bedroom and four (two sets) bunk beds in the third. The rooms aren’t particularly big, so a completely full house would be crowded. But the...

« Property was exactly what we were looking for- a separate bedroom and living area. My husband is usually up before me on vacations so it's important he has some place to hang out without waking me! Bed was VERY comfortable! Best sleep I've had on a vacation. Kitchen was adequately supplied. Nice full size fridge/freezer. Bath towels were a little on the small side. Could use an additional shelf in bathroom for makeup (I don't travel light!). TV was an issue- it's Roku so we couldn't get any...

Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well organized. The home had the perfect amount of amenities, and the information provided about the surrounding area was incredibly helpful. « I'd like to start with, we appreciated a place to stay. Id also like to say had it been warmer my grandkids would have at least been able to play outside. So the yard being there was nice. We did each have a space to sleep. We did experience quite a few issues.Upon getting to the property the front door was not secured, my daughter got there first with 3 little kids, so she waited for me and my husband to get there so my husband could check the peoperty before going in. « This is a beautiful independent apartment attached to the owner's home. It is well stocked, very clean, very comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It is in a very quiet area, reasonably easy to access, yet not far to town. The host is very responsive so communication is good. There is a washer/dryer in unit (bring your own detergent). The kitchen is nice and fully stocked, though we didn't really use it. The king size bed was very comfortable. There are lots of windows so good light comes in,...
