If I had to change anything, I’d have the lawn done before guests arrive, fixed the smallish cut in the front door screen so bugs couldn’t get in and had a cutting board available. Minor things. Really though, a nice little place. We’d stay again! »

« The location was easy to find using Google maps. Sharon was lovely. She met me when I arrived. She helped me carry in my many bags. She showed me where everything was and how to use it. The loft is probably great for someone in good shape but I knew that going in. It was just me and my dog so we slept on the pull out couch. I assumed correctly the water was from a well so I brought some bottled water to drink. It is drinkable but has a well water taste. The cottage is heated through geo-thermal...

« The communication with hosts was excellent and they checked in daily to make sure all was well. This is a roomy and well kept property. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 different coffee makers, coffee, sugar and powdered creamer which will do in a pinch (until you get to the grocery to get "real" cream), Three very roomy bedrooms with plenty of room to spread out. The laundry is on the main floor (big plus in these old houses). Defininitely a nice place. »

« Stayed with my sister and her children during a summer trip to explore the area. House is as advertised. Owners were responsive if we had a question. Area is quiet. We suggest visiting the Trammel Fossil Park, the zoo, and the museums. »

« The pictures are spot on. It is just as clean and well decorated as listed. The whole space has been updated. We had a group of 6 and fit comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with clean and new cookware perfect to make vacation style meals. It has a decent counter space to serve. The space is comfortable and is one of the cleanest rentals we have had. Nice little outdoor space. The owner is wonderful and knows history of the area if interested and great restaurant recommendations. »
