« This was the perfect place to stay in Kyoto. There was the cutest bakery three doors down that had the best pastry and bread. Close to convenience stores and a grocery store. Close to bus stops and the castle! The location can’t be beat. The space was clean and spacious. Although I would suggest that the space is more conducive to those not worried about privacy and noise as the space is quite open. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10! »

« Host was patient and detailed in showing us the house when check in. Rubbish and towels are changed daily. Location is good with Family Mart just behind property and supermarkets within walking distance »

« This is the second time I wrote the review for this guesthouse. « We had a fantastic time here. Our host greeted us upon arrival and asked if we would like to participate in an authentic tea ceremony. We got dressed in provided outfits, and the kids loved making matcha tea with the host. We loved the two levels, the indoor and outdoor baths, and the washing machine (kids use up a lot of clothes).
