„Our stay was just what we hoped it would be. We enjoyed just relaxing as we watched the deer and turkeys come eat the corn we put out for them. We kayaked the Santa Fe river from behind the home to the mouth of the ichetucknee river and swam in the crystal clear spring waters. The cottage is located where you can easily access either the Santa Fe, Ichetucknee, or Suwannee rivers. We will definitely be returning.“

„Our stay was awesome! It’s perfect for a family and we will definitely be back for our next visit to Gainesville. The apartment was clean, with a kitchen that allowed us to keep beverages and snacks. If we had wanted to make meals, we could have, though the restaurants in the area were great, so we did not. The staff was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The amenities were beautiful: pool, pickleball court and gym. I can’t emphasize enough what a great vacation this made for us! “

„Our stay at the cabin was amazing! We especially loved the neighborhood parks in the area. Hodor Park was beautiful, peaceful, and never crowded — it felt like our own private retreat. „The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!“

„I have never stayed anywhere that was so accommodating. The house and property has everything you need except your clothes and toothbrush! The home was beautiful and comfortable with easy access to the boat ramp and a dock for parking. The owner was super easy and very informative. We love the Suwannee and the home and will definitely be back! Bonus was he has a campsite beside the home so we had another family tag along for the trip. No worries vacay!“

„Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs“
