« Great loaction, good ammenities. Not as clean as it should be and you could see layers of dust on top of the cupboards. Bed was on the soft side but comfortable. »

« We stayed in Apt 1 on ground floor which was great. Very roomy & had everything we needed. It was handy being able to prepare breakfast & dinner if needed. Washing machine was a bonus & came in handy after travelling for a bit so was able to wash our clothes. Lidl supermarket less than 10 min easy walk. Would highly recommend. »

« The main issue is the price and what you ultimately get for that price. A hostel is probably an apt description except you are paying £100+ for it. Avoid unless you are desperate. »

« Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect. »

« Merci beaucoup à Jane pour son accueil, et pour sa disponibilité, en effet elle nous a gentiment proposé de nous emmener à la gare de lindney pour nous rendre à Cardiff voir le match de rugby et est venu nous rechercher à 22h ... Rien ne manquait dans cette location super bien équipée peut-être nous reverrons nous en 2020? »

« Lovely functioning mildly old school cabin in the middle of the country side. Very comfortable bed. We found everything we needed. Our dogs were content. Very quiet. Lots of helpful comms with Antonia. We’d stay again. Previous reviews somewhat amusing….”questionable road quality”…..have these people ever left the city? We enjoyed The Shed. »

« Merveilleux séjour chez Sean ! Tout est parfait : maison très confortable et très bien décorée. Sean est un hôte génial à l'écoute et qui anticipe les besoins et les envies. « Spacious cosy well equipped property, comfortable beds, great showers. Steam train at bottom of garden which was fun. Could do with an instruction booklet in the house ( as although instruction videos good) couldn’t work out how to turn on fire in large sitting room. »

« Had a fantastic stay. People very friendly. Stayed in the shepherd's hut. Compact but everything you need. Can't rate this place high enough. If you like solitude you will love it. (Upton on severn only one mile away) »
