« Stunning visit- stayed just for 1 night but could not have been better. Upgraded room to Suite which was stunning. Flawless service, great food, and the Spa was brilliant. Thanks to all the team, really special stay.
Feedback note- some confusion between kitchen and hotel services as to whether breakfast was included- kitchen disputed whether it was included which is a little awkward. Apart from this very minor note, was fantastic. »

« Really lovely accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure check in and out was easy.
We went to the pub for food and it was excellent - great menu and well cooked and presented. Staff were really helpful again

« Absolutely Top Class Apartment. Facilities were excellent and apartment is finished to a very high standard. Great location close to the centre of Gloucester. Beds were so comfortable and the rooms spacious. Our family loved this apartment and made for a great weekend. »
