« The room I had was roomy and clean, bathroom/shower again clean and spacious. Equipment and white goods suited my needs. Entrance to the room a little dark as outside lights didn't react early enough. Overall I would book again if in that area. »

« Lovevly night away! Hosts made it so easy and hassle free. Room was very clean, had a peaceful nights sleep! Had dinner down the road in a pub called the wheatsheaf! Which was very nice! Rutland water is only a 15min drive! Thanks again to the host! »

« A spacious room with comfortable bed, convenient kitchen and shower room. We upgraded on arrival to a superior room on arrival for a small fee which I think was worth it. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Leicester. We didn't use the the bar or restaurant so can't comment but they looked good. »

« This property is such a gem. It is better than the pictures. The room was quiet and clean, with superised nice ocean view. The breakfast was super. It has a nice restaurant. I believe eating lunch or dinner here will also be very nice. Highly recommended. »

« Be aware that this is a residential property without your own entrance. It is in a shabby and unsafe feeling part of town and the pictures are not representative of the property at all. Owners uncontactable in any way. As a single traveller, I did not stay here as i felt very unsafe on arrival. Expedia are yet to support me in the process and i ended up paying for a second property. »
