« This place was perfect for my husband and I and our friends! The view was wonderful and the chalet was as clean as you will find and very welcoming! The host, Rodney, was very welcoming and responsive! We would definitely stay again! »

« My daughter totally loved the tiny home. I think her words were, "It's so cute!" But I liked it too, had everything we needed and then some without the needless bloat. Suggestion. Put a unit number on the A frame as well as the tiny house to differentiate if they are technically the same address. We were a bit confused initially as the house was difficult to see at night behind the privacy fence.Overall an outstanding facility and experience. Will definitely stay again if possible. »

« Absolutely Beautiful. This bungalow was so incredibly charming. It was beautifully decorated and the overall charm of the house made you feel at home. The location is beyond excellent. We were able to get to everything so easily. The home has everything plus more and the communication with the host was amazing. We even made friends with the neighbor. « The owners were very responsive and helpful. We choose this location because it was in walking distance to my grandson’s home. We spent most of our time site seeing and with family at my grandsons home. The backyard looked spectacular. Wish we would have had time to enjoy it. We will definitely rent again. »

« We loved our stay in this cozy and clean rental house. It was just enough space for my husband, mother, 3 year old daughter, and myself. The location is on a quiet street just a few minutes from Rock City and down the road from the cute St. Elmo restaurants, shops, and Lookout Mountain Incline. Would highly recommend! »

« Our stay was superb! The house is lovely! It’s beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The train didn’t bother any of us even without the ear plugs provided by the owner. The best part was the neighborhood and close proximity to all the fun things Chattanooga has to offer families. Southside has so much to offer regarding coffee, lunch, and dinner, and the neighborhood felt so safe. The only thing I wish I had known before hand was that there are two steps separating the kitchen from the den....

« Our stay was a business leadership team retreat. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10. We could all gather around the kitchen table to work and really enjoyed the outdoor space for down time. Kitchen was well-stocked so we could easily prepare all of our meals without going out. « Lovely property. Very clean. The house was perfectly located near all of the tourist sites that we visited. We had a great time and enjoyed the property. We traveled with our pets and they enjoyed the nice yard. »
