« We absolutely loved our stay at Fernweh! The quiet, seclusion and peacefulness was just what we needed. Loved the hot tub while drinking my morning coffee and listening to the relaxing sounds of the river. The cabin has so much character and we also loved the beautiful sites, waterfalls and restaurants the area has to offer. Thank you! »

« Check in was simple! Pool was ice cold. There is no oven in the house. House was clean. Deck does have a few mushy places that need to be repaired. Overall wonderful stay! »

« This property not only created a perfect mountain retreat atmosphere, but also included all the possible amenities a guest could need. There were plentiful linens and towels as well as kitchen tools and dishes. We appreciated the laundry as it rained while we were hiking. It was more than obvious that the owners took pride in keeping the accommodations clean and inviting for guests. We will definitely book again when we return to Smoky Mountain National Park! « Our stay at this property exceeded expectations in every way. The home was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as pictured in the listing. « This treehouse is tucked away in the shade along the edge of a beautiful stretch of walnut trees. Quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for 2 people, and has a great layout that is bigger in person.We spent our days hiking nearby and the evenings watching the lightning bugs. They have the sweetest barn cat we met by the silo. We hope to stay again! »
