« I really liked the communication throughout the whole process. My wife normally books everything, so this was my first booking and stay. I planned a fishing trip with the guys bringing a boat along. So parking was also critical. Plenty of parking if that's a concern. I couldn't get over how easy the whole process was. I have know doubt it also was the host made it so. Really everything was beyond expectations. »

« This is an excellent property. The owners have provided everything you need to have a great stay. We loved the location on hole 3 of Rayburn Resort golf course. Beautiful VRBO, very comfortable, loved the 3 bathrooms & coffee area. »

« was not clean back porch was dirty and house is in need of repairs. Shower leaks flooring popping up sheets needed changing sofa bed filthy. back porch was dirty in need of pressure washing. Not enough outdoor lighting. House did not live up to VRBO listing. I thought we were getting a better house than last year and was very disappointed. Paid more thinking I was getting a better place. »

« Really nice lodging and home well equipped. To get an excellent rating recommend lawn mowing, several light issues repaired inc. bad switch on outside carport, give attention to gas grill to make functional. Was able to utilize charcoal side for steaks ... so no major foul. Would stay here again. »
