„We were there to attend my grandsons graduation which was magnificent. We cooked and warmed food in the Kitchen which supplied all of the pots and pans. The owner supplied everything you need in thehouse. We had food in the Dining room and the patioRoom which is enclosed. We watched the Basketball Playoffs in the living room. We played games in the Family room ..Our stay was Awesome again. Thank You.“

„Check in was simple. Kasey was very responsive to my couple of questions. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to freeway and every location on our list. The quiet location was super important to our athlete needing a good nights sleep. Plenty of seating to enjoy a family movie or lounge with a good book. Our college student was able to complete an online assignment, Thank you Wi-Fi. The back patio was a nice place to enjoy a sunrise - until the sun was too strong. Evenings ...

„Great house for kids and very conveniently located!“

„I chose this property because it was close to work but not too close since the area around the Interstate is a bit sketchy. The apartment is the entire upstairs of an unremarkable building south of the trendy SoMa area. My host was responsive, the door code worked, and the decor was impressive. The appliances were new, the TV excellent, and the dining room table made a terrific desk. As with all short-stay homes, be aware of the fees! My final total was nearly double the initial quote.“

„The cottage set up is very nice, beautiful, welcoming grounds. Everything was very clean, inviting, and very comfortable. We were in Little Rock for a multi day medical check up at UAMS and the stay at Rosemount made everything much better, especially since we could have our two pups with us. The location was perfect, close to the hospital, great restaurants, dog parks, grocery stores, everything we needed! “

„This house is absolutely gorgeous & perfectly flipped. So many details went into the design & it’s charming. “

„My family stayed here because we wanted to be close to downtown for a very short stop thru Arkansas. The unit was clean and decorated so cute. The only minor thing was I packed heavy, so i wish i would have known about the stairs leading up to the room, and i would have had a smaller over night bag to bring up to the unit. Overall, great experience. “
