« When I arrived the manager of the property was at the lockbox wear my keys were. He gave me an awesome greeting. The other people there made me a little nervous at first. But when I started talking to them I realized they were good people. If you are needing a place to stay for a good price I would recommend. »

« Cathy was very helpful with suggestions for the area. She is a good host and communicates well with you. The property is as listed, clean, quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. We will definitely stay here again. 5 stars!!! »

« We found the property ok as you would find a trailer. The property was very quiet and Serene. It gave us a place to stay for our grandson’s graduation from college. The owners were very nice. »

« Great place, excellent communication. »

« Overall a very poor experience. This was a VBRO rental through Travelocity. We got not check in instructions and had to make several phone calls to get assistance for check in. Overall almost 2 hours after a day of travel to get into the unit. The unit is very sparsely furnished and has only a double bed and couch. The place was not very clean either. Would definitely not rent again »

« Awesome location, bed linens were great! Would definitely book again. »

« This is a good property. It is just outside the city near water (not the main river, a side creek. It's a quiet community with plenty of amenities. I had no issues but I'm certain she would have quickly responded if she was needed. The room was cozy, about the size of a large extended stay hotel room. It was a little dated but I...

« Everything was wonderful and the host was sweet. We loved how clean the home was and they had board games for the kids which they loved! »

« Had a fantastic time while I was there. My daughter attends East Carolina University. It was refreshing change from staying in a hotel in downtown Greenville. I will certainly seek out this property in the future. »
