The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and living space was lovely. It’s also decorated very beautifully and reallySets the tone for your stay! « The property was perfect for my family and pets. Great fenced backyard and well stocked home for our 4th of July holiday. We liked that it was near Morehead and Atlantic Beach but out of the hustle bustle of the holiday. Communication with host was great! »

« Overall the stay was great. There were some issues. The stove needs repairing. It took an hour too cook breakfast because of the burners. We had roaches in two of the rooms. And there were ants also all along the stove. The home is beautiful. Would have also loved to go on the balcony’s outside on the second fllor »

« We enjoyed our time at Happy Place. The property was clean and as expected. It had everything we needed. We did not really cook much at the property so I cannot speak to cooking equipment provided. Location to the beach is convenient. Just a quick golf cart ride away. The golf cart parking can fill up. There’s more parking down the way. It can be convenient to park at the one a little further down and use that public beach access especially if you think you are going to need to leave. It doesn’t...
