« We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and clean home in the Sputh Bay neighborhood of Kaikoura. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and well supplied. The beds and sofas were comfortable. The night star-gazing was amazing! »

« This is a lovely house in such a great quite spot with beautiful views of the mountains. House is well set up, has a warm inviting feel to it and was clean and tidy. It is well suited for very young kids with toys and books for all ages, a slide and a much-used trampoline while parents relaxed on the couch swing. The landlords were very accommodating with some of our personal requirements. Loved the solid wood furniture and the Auger looking stove. Warm and comfy. Recommend. »

« Really loved the location. Had never seen this part of Kaikora before. The sea was so calm and looked beatiful the day we arrived. Just a 2 min walk away. House was great, had everthing we needed. »

« An old "dog friendly" cottage that has been modernized with double glazed windows, heat pump, new appliances (fridge, microwave, stove, tv ....). Very comfortable stay. It is opposite the boat launch and they launch boats from 4:00 am so take some earplugs. Good value for money. »

« Superb location, slightly offset by in house issues. Namely a shower where the hotwater has been reduced to such an extent that a proper wash is almost impossible. Light bulbs that need replacing & broken power points that need repair. »

« As always, our stay was awesome. It was relaxing with the fire burning at night.It is an awesome place to escape the noise of life and unwind and relax.Lynn's wines are some of the best we have tasted. Lynn is the best host that you could ask for. »

« Place smelled bad when I came in Tv didn’t work Very minimal kitchen equipment No shower curtain One mirror in whole place was so high I could only see the top of my head Advertised as waterfront but looked out into a parking lot Really awful lighting Big sign in kitchen saying all dishes to be done and rubbish removed but still charged a $65 cleaning fee Pros Was very close to waterfront once I got outside Bed was surprisingly comfortable Bed was »
