„This is the best hotel choice in Leavenworth! Clean, cool, pet friendly, good price, comfortable room and space, nice employees. The bathroom was beauitful, the bed and kitchen comfy and usable, the available coffee very handy. If you must stay at a hotel with the "free" breakfast (for almost twice the price), go for it. But for us The Leavenworth Local is the only place to stay! “

„The inside of the home is perfect! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. The outside of the home could use some cleaning up. The grass was pretty tall and the trees really needed trimming. This did not affect our stay at all. I also had a little trouble with locking the front door. You have ro hold down the lock button instead of just pressing it. Overall it was a great stay. Would stay again for sure!“

„We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion! The home was a great place to gather—plenty of space, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and inviting. The kids were so happy with the pool and hot tub! Shaymond was an outstanding host—very communicative and helpful. He even stopped by personally to assist with the backyard lights, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for home base!“

„The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5.“

„We stayed in this house for a week over the 4th of July. The location is great and located 5 minutes from all the fun spots in Manhattan such as the mall, museums, the K-State campus and Aggieville. There are three levels so taking a large group is easy and allows for privacy or space. Having two separate living areas was also handy. "Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock. Glaube 239. Mit Blick auf ein Dach mit Generatoren. Der ganze Boden hatte vibriert. Vorallem wenn man vor dem TV Möbel stand konnte man es spüren. In der Nacht sprang immer wieder die Heizung oder etwas ähnliches an (es war nicht die Klimaanlage) was sehr störend war. Die Leute im Nachbarzimmer haben immer wieder gegen die Wand gepoltert. Vermutlich auch weil es sie gestört hatte. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, welches wir auch bekommen haben, aber sie Stv. Managerin hatte nicht wirklich Verständnis gezeigt und uns kaum geglaubt. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr sauber und empfehlenswert. "
