« Really loved this property. You can't get any better views of the volcano! It was quiet, clean, peaceful and modern. Our host, Santiago, was awesome. Very friendly, accommodating and easy to get in touch with. The only thing I would critique is the stocking of the kitchen. For the price, I would've expected better utensils and kitchen gadgets. For example, there wasn't a good, sharp knife we could use to chop things, nor was there a decent spatula. It was a bunch of mismatched stuff. I think...

« The property gave us a view of the volcano, had comfortable beds for the 3 of us, a kitchen, dining area and a clean bathroom. The host, Reyna, was very kind! She arranged travel and an activity for us, and was extremely flexible with our check out time. She also did our laundry for us ($4/kg) and it was cleanly folded when returned. We had a lot of fun and felt very comfortable staying here, highly recommend this to everyone! Pura Vida:) »

« Check in was easy, pretty spot and view. Needed to use the back patio during the heat of the day until the sun went down, because the direct sun in the front area is intense. We were surprised the sliding doors and all windows did not have screens, but it wasn't too bad. Our biggest issue was the refrigerator wasn't funcioning properly, and the toaster and coffee maker were also not working. « The apartment was intimate, cozy, and overall clean. Check in was smooth and level of security was good. With all this said there were opportunities of improvement: 1. Unfortunately, there was an ink stained towel awaiting us in the bathroom. More towels were provided to us but yet again we found the same issue. 2. For there to be so much rain we didnt have any inside critters but there was leakage from the ceiling in the corner of the bedroom. We also noticed broken/ missing window curtains....
