« The cabin was absolutely beautiful and cozy. The appliances appeared to be new and everything worked perfectly. It was also very nice that essentials like coffee filters trash bags kitchen supplies laundry detergent were all provided. The cabin is located in a neighborhood but felt private and secluded from the back porch which overlooks Island lake. We usually stay at a remote cabin but I now prefer a place like this due to the convenience to the harbor and restaurants. This cabin will be at...

« Nice little get away spot. View was beautiful, beds and shower comfortable. We would have benefited from a pearing knife to cut our bagel and apple. One other suggestion is a taller faucet in one of the sinks to better wash dishes and fill water bottles. Great spot! I would highly recommend! »

« Lovely stay at Flying Bear.The two story townhouse was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay.Host was attentive and responded quickly to questions.It’s about a mile out of town, good walk on a nice day, but about 10 taxi on rainy days. Don’t use Uber or Lyft on the island, easily 3x more expensive than an old-fashioned cab.Recommend! »

« House was awesome for our family group of five. Close to town in a nice neighborhood. Neighbors were very friendly. Kitchen had everything we needed and the washer and dryer was a great bonus feature. Would definitely book with this host again! »

« As advertised this is a great home with lots of room and extras (chest freezer, ice chests, plenty of split and stacked dry firewood, extra bedding). Host is very responsive and helpful, The place is spotless and well equipped with nice views and in a good neighborhood. We loved everything about it. »

« It was indeed an awesome view. The hosts are really friendly. It has a separate entrance which is nice. Walking distance to downtown if you don't have a car, but if you do there is a place to park. It is built on a hill in front of the ocean, and requires walking down a flight of stairs each time you come and go. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck just taking in the scenery and sounds. »
