« A very cozy and clean experience, from start to finish. The one concern we had going into this was the shared bathroom, however, it was well maintained and clean throughout the entire trip. Communication with the property manager was fast and thorough every time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Charleston. »

« The unit was a little dated but well appointed and very clean. The location is just outside the main Kiawah gate so it is easily accessible but also comes with a pass to get onto Kiawah. It is right down the street from a public beach access. »

« Perfect for a family of four, very clean. Walkable to playground. Great modern beach house. Very small but has everything you need. Shower room was very popular with our children, barn door to bathroom may not be ideal for everyone. We stay at Folly several times a year and this is a place we would stay again. »

« We enjoyed our stay here. It was quiet, relaxing and only a hop, skip and jump away from the beach. I love to cook and this home had a well stocked kitchen with just about everything. Beds were comfy, two full bathrooms is always great with kiddos. Check in and out was smooth and we had no issues. I'll be back! »
