« Great location not far from the water. The room was clean and spacious, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the last days of summer. »

« Shocked that this was called renovated. Rust inside microwave, stove, coffee pot, etc. Dried food inside stove. Mold on a/c unit. Remotes without batteries. No instructions for fans, remotes, etc. Rips in porch screens. Screen door mechanism off laying on the sill. Dock has had no maintenance. No bulb in light and top missing with critters living inside. Sink doesn’t work and drain completely clogged with debris. Beds were great. Bedding clean and comfortable. Floor and bathroom was clean. Very...

« The location was great. We had an upper floor room, that overlooks the waterway. Saw lots of interesting water birds. The walk down to town was about 1/2 mile. The rooms were comfy. Large kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Nice shower too. The bedroom mattress seemed to like a spring mattress, so it wasn't amazingly comfortable, but we slept fine. We didn't hear any traffic noise. »

« Pros: good location, private parking, full kitchen, laundry machine, water hose to wash off everything Cons: needs updating, a bigger tv- one tv in living room that’s a 30 inch Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great location, had a full kitchen to make our meals. The bed was comfy. I just found it to be a bit pricy for how outdated the apartment was. I did message the host before arriving, but never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out! »

« This is the perfect place to relax while enjoying the Suwannee River. A Boaters, fishermen, or hunters paradise, with all the basics, in a rustic setting. A great restaurant right next door puts the frosting on the Cake. The Suwannee River Cruise gives you extremely interesting insight into the history of the river, and views of manatees, alligators, otters and so much morel. »

« The room was cooled by wondow AC and bed/pillows comfortable. It was a holiday weekend, so kids in pool couldn’t use it too mich. The bicycles were not usable (rusty chains & flt tires). Game room was a nice screened sitting area. Parking was outside the unit l. »

« Lovely property with an apartment that has lots of extras. Shampoo, conditioner, coffee maker...even bottled water and some vodka seltzers. Owner was very responsive and communication was excellent. Pet deer, dog, and cat were super friendly! Relaxing visit. We were the first people to stay after the hurricane in the fall. Washer and dryer had been damaged and have not been replaced yet. If you need those facilities, make sure they are installed before you book. »

« The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very helpful with all the instructions and codes needed before check in. The location was great as well. »

« Very clean, responsive communication, breakfast cafe on site »

« The location is ideal and the decor is cozy and comforting. Its a very small town and easily walkable to everything in Cedar Key from this property. »

« We appreciated the closeness to town and view of the park and beach. Host staff was friendly and helpful. The condo room floors may have been swept, but needed a thorough mop. Walking across it in bare feet, they became dirty. Same with the entry and beside rugs which needed washing as testified by a touch to them. The town is interesting, but too many love bugs, etc. this time of year. The golf cart tour we arranged for Cedar Key was a highlight. »

« The cottage was well-kept. However, we were unable to get an internet connection in order to use the TV. We called our host, Connie, and she worked to get our connection. When she was unable to do so, she was able to assign us to another cottage. That cottage was well-kept - Paddlers Cottage. The grounds were well kept. We did not use the pool or the grill. But everything was very nice. If in the area, I would recommend the location! »

« Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The host was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. She even left a thoughtful welcome gift tailored specifically to our stay, which was such a kind and personal touch. The home itself was even more spacious than the photos suggested and was stocked with everything we could possibly need; fresh linens, blankets, soaps, paper products, and more. The living area was large, open,...

« The entire town is pet friendly and the staff at park place is top notch. Great host with great communication. We will be back! »
